She has extensive experience mentoring and providing clinical supervision to newer clinicians and enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors, physical therapists, speech therapists, and teachers.

Outside of work, Aron enjoys spending time with her husband, Joseph, their daughter, Ella Rose, and their beloved “house hippo,” Shelby Mustang. Together, they love exploring the outdoors and discovering new bookstores.
